I know... "consolidate" is a weird word! It's really just a name we give to the process of making sure all of your questions are answered and where you can plug in.

How do we help you get plugged in? Glad you asked! Right from the start we make sure that you understand the awesome gift that God has given you in salvation. We then invite you to one of the most amazing weekends of your life. We call it an "Encounter Weekend". This is a time where you can really get to understand what this "Christianity thing" is all about!

We spend a couple of months after that in what we call a Post Encounter making sure you get every question answered about Christian life, then... School of Leaders! This is a full-blown 3 trimester school that you enroll in if you are serious about getting trained to win souls and make disciples. Why did we take so much time to make this process available?
